• Manage the day-to-day onboard network requirements.
• Manage the issuing of access tokens for crew Wi- Fi connectivity with the OTM.
• Maintain the Security IT system in conjunction with the SSO and Group Security Policies.
• Ensure user productivity software availability.
• Maintain the vessel VSAT system in conjunction with the vendor.
• Ensure high IT-systems availability in excess of 85%.
• Ensure lifecycle of workstations is maintained.
• Maintain high levels of user-system satisfaction.
• Maintain software licensing in conjunction with the Head Office.
• Maintain software hygiene of workstations.

• Ensure computer systems are fit for purpose in line with ITIL lifecycles.
• Ensure that systems use verified, legitimate software.
• Maintain documentation and technical diagrams.
