About the Role

We’re looking for a Key Accounts Manager to lead and grow our product portfolio across Africa.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about consumer technology, who thrives in fast‑paced environments, and enjoys turning ideas into strategy and execution. You’ll manage Key accounts across Africa while collaborating with suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to drive results across African markets.

Regular travel into Africa will form part of your role as you connect with partners and oversee regional expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute key account strategies across African markets.
  • Build and manage relationships with retailers, distributors, and e-commerce partners.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing, forecasting, and performance reviews.
  • Drive go‑to‑market execution for technology, home automation, and many other tech products.
  • Travel extensively across Africa for client meetings, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Support local activation campaigns and ensure partner satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of key account management or business development experience in African markets.
  • Proven success managing large retail or distributor accounts in tech, electronics, or telecom sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, planning, and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills in English — Portuguese will be highly advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (50–70%) and operate independently across diverse markets.
  • Self‑driven, results‑oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
