You'll play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and qualifying top tech talent across various disciplines, working alongside experienced consultants who value collaboration, performance, and results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source and screen high-quality tech candidates for roles across the UK, including software development, DevOps, data, and infrastructure.
- Use a variety of sourcing methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and social media.
- Conduct detailed candidate interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate candidate data.
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline in line with current and future client needs.
- Collaborate closely with UK-based consultants to meet client briefs and timelines.
- Monitor and track recruitment KPIs to ensure consistent high performance.
Qualifications and Experience :
3–5 years of experience in tech recruitment, with a proven track record as a top biller.Must have direct experience working with the UK recruitment market .Strong understanding of tech roles and terminology (e.g., developers, engineers, architects).Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Experience using recruitment CRM systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setup.Access to a laptop and reliable, high-speed internet connection is essential.
