Regional Operations Manager

Overview

Feltex is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee the management of the day-to-day operations of the KwaZulu-Natal region. The successful incumbent will be responsible for optimal efficiencies, productivity and quality in the manufacturing operations whilst ensuring that stock and inventory metrics are according to sound best business principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of the day-to-day operations of the KwaZulu-Natal region.
• Ensure optimal efficiencies, productivity and quality in the manufacturing operations while maintaining stock and inventory metrics according to sound best business principles.
• Play a key role in strategic operational decision-making by providing strategic insights, managing budgets, monitoring performance, and driving efficiencies.
• Lead the Trim Durban, Trim Fine Needling, Trim Thermofelts and Imvusa Interior Trim teams, collaborating closely with plant and group leadership to ensure that operational practices align with organisational objectives.
