Regional Operations Manager

Overview

Feltex is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the KwaZulu-Natal region. The successful incumbent will drive optimal efficiencies, productivity and quality in manufacturing operations while ensuring stock and inventory metrics align with sound business principles. This role contributes to strategic operational decision-making by providing insights, managing budgets, monitoring performance, and driving efficiencies. The Operations Manager will lead the Trim Durban , Trim Fine Needling , Trim Thermofelts and Imvusa Interior Trim teams, collaborating closely with plant and group leadership to ensure operational practices align with organisational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the KwaZulu-Natal region to ensure efficient, high-quality manufacturing processes.
• Drive optimised efficiencies, productivity, and quality across manufacturing operations.
• Ensure stock and inventory metrics are maintained according to sound business principles.
• Provide strategic operational insights and participate in strategic decision-making.
• Manage budgets, monitor performance, and drive process improvements and cost efficiencies.
• Lead and coordinate the Trim Durban , Trim Fine Needling , Trim Thermofelts and Imvusa Interior Trim teams.
• Collaborate with plant and group leadership to align operational practices with organisational objectives.
