Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Pipeline Management
- Drive revenue by managing existing accounts and converting new business leads.
- Maintain a healthy, up-to-date sales pipeline and analyse performance trends.
- Collaborate with technical and creative teams to ensure accurate project scoping.Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships across all project stages.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout quoting, production, and post-event phases.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
Commercial Governance
Prepare estimates, budgets, and proposals that meet gross profit targets.Manage invoicing, deposits, and collections when needed; monitor debtor days.Adhere to SOPs and internal approval processes for pricing, quoting, and discounting.Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Design, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth project delivery.Manage relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure quality and on-time service.Reporting & Process Improvement
Track and report on sales KPIs, pipeline status, and profitability.Identify sales and delivery challenges; work with leadership to find solutions.Help improve quoting processes and project efficiency through feedback and tool use.Job Experience & Skills Required :
4+ years of experience in project / account management in events, exhibitions, or retail infrastructure.A proven track record of growing accounts and converting leads into long-term clients.Strong budget management, quoting, and data analysis skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Confident presentation and communication skills in-person and virtual.A hands-on, client-first attitude with the flexibility to travel and work weekends as needed.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
