We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Administrator to support our talent acquisition team in identifying and engaging top talent. In this role, you will play a key part in the recruitment process by managing candidate pipelines, coordinating recruitment activities, and maintaining accurate sourcing databases. - Assist with sourcing and screening candidates through various platforms (job boards, social media, databases, etc.).
- Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system and sourcing spreadsheets.
- Coordinate interview schedules and support onboarding processes.
- Liaise with hiring managers and recruiters to understand sourcing requirements and priorities.
- Ensure all candidate communications are timely, professional, and aligned with employer branding.
- Compile sourcing reports, analytics, and talent pipeline summaries as required.
- Support the resourcing team with additional administrative tasks, as needed.
