Job descriptionManage a full range of residential mortgage bond conveyancing matters Draft and review legal documents and property agreements Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements and deadlines Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on LexisConvey and / or GhostConvey Deliver professional support and guidance to clients throughout transactions Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth departmental operations Proficiency in E4, WebConvey, LexisConvey, Windeed , and LexisSign Ability to mentor and manage paralegals Strong drafting, reviewing, and communication skills Able to independently manage conveyancing files Proficiency in Microsoft Office Solid understanding of FICA , basic numeracy, and literacy Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Our client, a longstanding and highly respected legal firm, is seeking a Conveyancer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be presentable, professional and able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining excellent communication and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- LLB Degree with strong academic performance
- Admitted Attorney & Conveyancer
- Minimum 3 years’ post-admission experience in conveyancing, specifically within the Residential Mortgage Bond environment
- Solid understanding of property law and conveyancing processes
- Notary Public qualification is a strong advantage
