Sales Support Engineer

Job descriptionProvide technical pre-sales support , including solution design and accurate quotations Deliver post-sales support to ensure customer success Develop and provide technical training to end-users Support trade shows, seminars, and events Communicate complex technical solutions clearly to both customers and internal teams Continuously up-skill and stay ahead of industry trends Willingness to work after hours when required Valid drivers license, passport, and reliable vehicle Available for regional and international travel
We are urgently seeking a Sales Support Engineer to join a leading technology solutions provider in the Broadcast, Telecoms, and Electronics sectors . This is a hands-on, customer-facing technical role providing both pre- and post-sales support .
Minimum Requirements :
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering
- 12 years experience in electronics or telecommunications
- Familiarity with electronic test & measurement equipment
- Knowledge of RF, microwave, or optical measurement techniques is advantageous
- Strong technical aptitude, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and keen to grow in a high-tech sales environment
