As Manager : Commercial Systems & Enablement, you will lead a small technical and functional team, managing day-to-day system performance, enabling business users, and introducing automation and analytics improvements across commercial platforms.
You will act as a bridge between IT, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, ensuring systems are aligned with business objectives, secure, and efficiently integrated. This role provides significant exposure to strategic planning, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement, while contributing directly to the organizations commercial growth and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a commercial systems enablement strategy aligned with business and IT objectives.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for design, integration, and optimization of commercial platforms.
- Serve as liaison between IT, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure systems support end-to-end commercial processes.
- Identify modernization opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Manage and maintain CRM, sales enablement tools, ordering platforms, and self-service portals.
- Ensure high system availability, performance, and user satisfaction.
- Oversee configuration, change management, and quality assurance across commercial systems.
- Drive effective adoption and utilization of systems through training, communication, and enablement initiatives.
- Introduce automation, reporting, and analytics improvements to support commercial decision-making.
- Define and report on KPIs for system performance and user enablement to senior leadership.
- Manage vendor relationships, including support agreements and enhancement roadmaps.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security policies.
- Lead, coach, and develop the enablement team, fostering accountability and collaboration.
- Collaborate with other IT and business leaders to prioritize enhancements and manage dependencies.
Job Experience and Skills Required :
Education :
Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience :
7+ years managing commercial systems (CRM, ordering, or customer self-service) in a telecom or technology environment.At least 3 years in a managerial or team lead capacity.Proven experience in system integration, process enablement, and cross-functional collaboration.Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and commercial process automation.Skills :
