We're after a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Business Development Exec with solid experience in the corporate design & build industry. If you live for the chase, own the room and know the fit-out world inside out, this is your shot to lead revenue and build a high‑performing sales function from the ground up.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years sales experience – preferably in the commercial design & build, property or construction sector; is a hunter‑closer with consultative polish, able to shape solutions and manage complex deals.

What you’ll do

• pipeline, forecasting and consistent quarter‑on‑quarter growth
• prospect, network and close mid‑to‑large commercial interior projects
• nurture c‑suite, property, landlord and broker relationships across Gauteng
• work with internal teams to land compelling, on‑brief proposals
