Head of Research and Development Actuary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Research and Development Actuary. In this role, you will lead our Research and Development (R&D) team, driving innovation and excellence in actuarial methodologies and practices.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of actuaries and researchers in the development of cutting-edge actuarial models, tools, and techniques.
• Drive research initiatives to enhance predictive modeling, risk assessment, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, underwriting, and data science to integrate research findings into business strategies.
