Role Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- 1015 years senior leadership experience within downstream oil & gas, fuel retail, or related consumer-energy sectors.
- Proven expertise in M&A deal execution, strategic development, and capital project delivery.
- Strong background in financial modelling, risk management, and cross-functional leadership.
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex capital budgets and multi-site operations.
- Skilled negotiator with advanced experience in stakeholder engagement and executive communication.
