About the Role :
A leading provider of professional waterproofing and roofing solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to expand its footprint. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated salesperson to join a growing business, offering premium solutions to both residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct site assessments and provide clients with tailored waterproofing and roofing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, property managers, homeowners, and commercial clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close sales to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
Requirements :
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction, waterproofing, or roofing industry is a plus.Strong ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client relationships.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license.A branded company car will be provided to you, to use in the day when assessing sites. After 3 months the client will consider allowing you use of the company car full time.Company cell phone also provided to engage with clients.Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented.What We Offer :
