SUMMARY :

A growing multi-national company based in Belville South is seeking a Regional HR Manager to strategically partner with the business by planning, directing, and coordinating all human resources activities in alignment with the overall business strategy. In the process, the manager will ensure that managers and staff operate at and develop to their full potential.

A growing multi-national company based in Belville South is seeking a Regional Manager to strategically partner with the business by planning, directing, and coordinating all human resources activities in alignment with the overall business strategy. In the process, the manager will ensure that managers and staff operate at and develop to their full potential.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in a management role
• BCom in Human Resources or Relevant HR Degree
• Working knowledge of SAGE People 300
• Ability to work methodically, accurately, and neatly
• Sound understanding of South African Labour Law and HR legislation.
• Able to meet deadlines
• Strictly confidential nature
• Strong communication skills and written ability
• Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills
• Strong computer literacy skills - MS Word, MS Excel, Microsoft Outlook
• Strong negotiation skills
• Able to work independently
• Strong overall personnel management and delegation skills
• Ensuring that every aspect of human resources incorporates the vision, values, and culture of the Company.
• Implementing HR programs and policies as needed by the Company, in line with the Group.

Key Outputs

This role will require traveling within the region, and a Company car will be provided.
