We are looking for a confident, professional and guest focused Receptionist with strong hotel reception experience, excellent front office skills and proven Opera PMS knowledge. You will be the first impression guests receive, ensuring seamless arrivals, departures and a service experience that feels personal and polished.
What We Are Looking For
Matric or equivalent
Minimum 3 years hotel reception experience in large hotels using Opera
Opera PMS experience essential
Strong guest service background in a four or five star hotel environment
Valid South African ID or work permit
Professional grooming and communication skills
Computer literacy including Opera and Microsoft Office essential
Updated CV
Warm, engaging guest service approach
Exceptional attention to detail
Able to remain calm and organised under pressure
Clear communicator and strong team player
What You Will Do
Welcome guests and deliver exceptional front office service
Manage check ins, check outs and billing
Handle reservations, emails and daily administration
Coordinate effectively with Housekeeping and Porters
Complete accurate shift handovers and follow procedures
