We're seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our client acquisition efforts for our U.S. tax services. This role is perfect for an organized professional who excels at technical sales and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development for our tax return services through strategic outreach and relationship building
• Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their tax needs and present tailored solutions
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals that communicate our value proposition
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing
• Maintain organized pipeline management and consistent follow-up with prospects
• Collaborate with our tax technical team to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Build and refine sales processes to support scalable growth
• Track and report on sales metrics and pipeline health
