The position reports to the Accounts Receivable Manager
Your responsibilities will include :
- Processing customer credit notes and invoices.
- Uploading customer payments via Internal systems daily
- Creating and managing the accuracy of customer accounts on Sage
- Management of customer accounts and relationships for timeous collection of Accounts Receivable balances
- Assisting with inter-company and inter-department queries and processing inter-company recharges
- Reconciliations : reconciling company bank accounts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and money received is accurately allocated to the accounts receivable ledger.
- Allocation and reconciliation of Accounts Receivable payments receipts and CODs
- May be required to perform additional ad hoc duties as required within the department
