Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Operations and Analytics Manager to help optimise our digital systems, marketing efforts, and user journeys as we expand our impact in improving metabolic health worldwide. This role combines marketing operations, analytics, and digital optimisation. You will set up and manage marketing and workflow automation tools, build and maintain analytics dashboards, oversee our website and ecommerce store, and collaborate on performance marketing campaigns to maximise ROI and reach. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise marketing automation and workflow tools to improve efficiency
- Build and maintain dashboards to track user and marketing KPIs
- Aggregate and analyse performance data, providing actionable insights
- Work with the communications team to plan, execute and optimise performance marketing campaigns
- Manage marketing budgets to maximise ROI and reduce acquisition costs
- Oversee and update the company website and ecommerce store
- Design and run A / B tests on sales funnels and user journeys to increase conversions
- Report on user journeys, funnels, and marketing performance
About You
3+ years’ experience in digital marketing operations, analytics, or related rolesHands-on experience with CRM, email marketing, landing pages, automation, and ecommerce platformsStrong understanding of performance marketing and digital funnelsSkilled in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)Proven ability to run A / B testing and optimise user journeysExcellent project management and organisational skillsSeniority level
