Job Mission / Objective

The Product Innovation Specialist is responsible for leading the creation, development, and implementation of new financial products and services for Access Bank South Africa. The role focuses on identifying market trends, customer needs, and innovative solutions to drive the bank's growth, enhance customer experience, and ensure a competitive edge in the financial services market. The Product Innovation Specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous product improvement.

Innovation Pipeline

• Number of new products or features introduced, and their success in terms of market uptake and partner feedback.
• Lead the ideation, design, and development of new products and services that align with customer needs and market opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, gaps, and competitive products, providing insights that will shape product innovation strategies.
• Develop product roadmaps and manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful execution.
