About The Opportunity

As a Business Development Manager you will acquire new corporate travel business in accordance with targets set. You will represent FCM face‑to‑face with key decision makers, create new sales opportunities, and foster successful, solid relationships. Your voice will help shape strategies and processes to win new business and build regional presence.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Acquire new business – identify and qualify sales leads, perform cold calls, and convert opportunities into successful partnerships to meet and exceed monthly targets.
• Client portfolio management – foster multi‑level client relationships, analyze spend reports, and conduct regular business reviews to uncover additional opportunities.
• Sales process compliance – engage in weekly sales meetings, provide pipeline updates, and adhere to internal best practices and KPIs.
