Our client in the Agricultural sector is looking for a HR Officer to join their team in Burgersfort. Minimum requirements :

• National Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in an HR Officer / HR Generalist role or similar, preferably within the fruit packing industry
• Experience coordinating the CSR and CSI projects and coordinating mobile clinics for employees
• Experience with implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures to all employees
• Experience with collecting, analysing and compiling Employment Equity Statistics for Employment Equity Reporting
• Experience with preparing and leading HR legislative and compliance audits
• Own Transport and valid Driver's License
