Key Duties & Responsibilities ERP System Administration Serve as the primary contact for all Sage X3-related inquiries and technical support. Configure, customize, and maintain Sage X3 to meet evolving business requirements. Manage user access, roles, and profiles across systems, ensuring compliance with ITGC Information technology general controls and audit protocols. Monitor system performance, backups, and logs; resolve errors and downtime issues. Coordinate upgrades, patches, and version control. Application Support & Enhancement Provide first-line support for Sage-related queries and escalate to vendors when needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements. Implement enhancements and customisations, including workflows, reports, and dashboards. Coordinate the integration of Sage with other software applications. First line support on all business applications, including and not limited to VIP Payroll. Performance Monitoring Continuously assess the systems performance to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies. Recommend and implement improvements to optimise system performance. Monitor and support in software enhancement projects of business applications. Compliance & Audit Prepare and maintain documentation for audits, including user creation / modification / termination forms and privileged access logs. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Oversee IT asset management, software licencing, and disaster Recovery planning Training & Documentation Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing support. Develop and maintain user manuals, training materials, and system documentation. Qualifications Bachelors degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field. Sage X3 ERP and / or Sage300 / VIP certification (or willingness to obtain). ITIL or similar service management certification is advantageous. Desired Experience 5 years experience in ERP administration, preferably Sage X3 and Sage300 / VIP Payroll. Proven experience in managing multi-company ERP environments and intercompany transactions. Familiarity with SQL-based platforms, role-based security, and integration with third-party systems. Experience in supporting HR, Payroll, and Self-Service modules. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Sage X3 ERP and / or Sage300 / VIP certification (or willingness to obtain). ITIL or similar service management certification is advantageous.
