- ? What You’ll Do
- ? Develop and manage onboarding journeys using the new CRM tool
- ? Build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- ? Identify upsell opportunities and reduce churn
- ? Act as a trusted advisor and go-to contact
- ? Collaborate with Sales, Product & Support teams
- ? Leverage CRM data to identify customer trends, churn risks
- ? Design and implement scalable lifecycle programs (eg. email touchpoints, automated journeys) informed by CRM analytics
- ? Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to ensure consistent messaging and seamless customer handoffs

- ? What We’re Looking For
- ? 2+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
- ? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- ? Tech-savvy with CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
