Job description

What youll be doing

Lead and supervise all daily contract operations with focus on client satisfaction
Build and manage strong supplier and client relationship
Oversee new site launches, transitions, and contract handovers
Monitor delivery of SLAs, cost management, and service quality
Ensure prompt resolution of issues and proactive client engagement
Manage operational budgets, wage control, and resource planning
Conduct regular audits and risk reviews to meet H&S compliance
Perform leadership duties such as staff reviews, performance discussions, and team development
Collaborate with management on strategic planning and reporting
Identify growth opportunities through upselling and relationship development

What youll need

Minimum 5 years experience in operations or facilities management (preferably in cleaning or hospitality support services)

Strong leadership, resource planning, and client-facing capabilities

Solid understanding of budgeting, contracts, SLAs, and cost controls

In-depth knowledge of South African H&S legislation and compliance

Ability to develop teams, manage performance, and promote accountability

Experience in forecasting, reporting, and delivering business KPIs

A proactive, reliable, and solutions-driven approach

Relevant management qualification (advantageous)

Valid License & own vehicle (compulsory)

Clear criminal Record

Matric (National Certificate) pass.
