Accounts Manager B2B Johannesburg South
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Accounts Manager to join a leading team in the fats and oils industry. If you enjoy building strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue across multiple business segments this role offers a rewarding and strategic opportunity.
Job duties :
- Manage and grow a regional B2B portfolio in the Inland region
- Drive revenue, volume, and customer loyalty across key accounts
- Identify and implement new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with logistics for accurate forecasting and pallet management
- Ensure credit processes are followed for all customer accounts
- Build relationships across distributors, food service, and manufacturing sectors
- Negotiate profitable B2B contracts based on competitor and market analysis
- Support marketing with trade promotions and brand visibility at industry events
- Present market intelligence to inform strategic decisions
- Submit accurate reports on customer, trade, and market performance
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with strong knowledge of fats and oilsBackground in sales and marketing within the airline, food service, or hospitality industriesProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong analytical and negotiation skillsSelf-starter who is results-driven and customer-focusedConfident, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a teamTechnical understanding of fats and oils or the ability to learn quicklyWhats in it for you :
