Job descriptionIdentifying, recruiting, and onboarding affiliates across established and emerging markets. Building and maintaining long-term affiliate relationships, ensuring satisfaction and alignment. Negotiating commission structures, revenue share models, and bespoke commercial deals. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored campaigns and creative assets. Tracking performance metrics (FTDs, NGR, CPA, ROI, LTV, churn) and optimising partner results. Ensuring affiliate compliance with responsible gaming standards and regulatory requirements. Monitoring traffic sources, mitigating fraud risks, and maintaining brand integrity. Staying ahead of industry trends, technologies, and market opportunities to drive growth. Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or Senior Affiliate Executive within iGaming, betting, or performance marketing. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance acquisition costs against long-term player value. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Proficiency with affiliate tracking / reporting platforms (e.g., NetRefer, MyAffiliates, Income Access). Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, live-sports-driven environment. Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3–5 years’ direct affiliate or performance marketing experience. Multilingual ability (African or European languages) will be an advantage. Sales / Retail / Business Development jobs
