A leading digital agency in the UK is seeking a motivated Junior Finance Administrator to join their growing remote team. The company delivers innovative digital solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients and is looking for someone eager to develop their finance career in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of accounting or administrative experience, with a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and good proficiency in Microsoft Excel . Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist with daily financial data entry and maintaining up-to-date records.
Support the processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
Help with bank reconciliations and monitoring account balances.
Prepare and upload supplier bills and customer invoices.
Track and follow up on outstanding payments and supplier queries.
Assist in compiling expense reports and verifying supporting documentation.
Provide administrative support for payroll and employee reimbursements.
Help prepare basic financial summaries and reports for management.
Maintain organised digital filing systems for financial documents.
Perform general administrative tasks to support the finance team as needed.

At least 3 years’ experience in a finance or accounting support role.
Working knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting systems.
Strong Excel skills , including :
Conditional formatting
VLOOKUP or similar lookup functions
Moving or consolidating data across multiple spreadsheets
Creating and working with pivot tables
(An Excel assessment will form part of the interview process.)
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Must have own laptop and reliable internet connection.
