What will you do as a Global Payroll and Benefits Manager
As a Global Payroll and Benefits Manager at Robin AI you will be instrumental in leading our global payroll operations and benefits administration across multiple jurisdictions. You'll oversee end-to-end payroll processes, design and implement benefits programs and ensure compliance with local regulations in all our operating countries. This role offers an excellent opportunity to shape the compensation and benefits strategy in a fast-growing tech environment while working closely with the People team to optimise our global rewards approach.
