Business Development Manager

About the role

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager based in South Africa with a proven track record in sales ideally within the recruitment industry.

This role is ideal if you’ve worked in telesales, business development, or a similar phone-based role and are now looking to further your sales career. You’ll be speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers, booking meetings, and building the foundations of a rewarding career in outbound sales.

This is a remote, full-time role during USA business hours, with strong training, support, and commission opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Making high-volume outbound cold calls daily (up to 500 dials)
• Engaging with business owners and decision-makers across the USA
• Booking 2–4 qualified meetings per day for our clients
• Following up via email and LinkedIn messages
• Keeping activity updated in our CRM
