About The Role
We’re looking for a reliable, detail‑focused Bookkeeper / Accounts Clerk to join our head office team.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and allocate customer receipts and supplier payments daily.
- Reconcile accounts to statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer and supplier transactions.
- Support month‑end close by ensuring ledgers are fully up to date.
- Work closely with management and our accountant to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in bookkeeping or accounts clerk role.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (knowledge of Zoho Books, Xero, or Sage advantageous).Organised, dependable, and able to meet daily deadlines.Benefits / What We Offer
