Finance Administrator

Minimum requirements :

• MS Office Suite - Advanced
• Bookkeeping or accounting qualification (e.g., Bookkeeping Certificate, NQF Level 5 Accounting, BCom or Bachelor in Accounting)
• Act as a key contact for clients via email and phone
• Obtain and manage client documentation efficiently
• Process cashbooks, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial statements
• Support scheduling, diaries, meeting prep, and smooth team operations
• Maintain accurate documents, reports, and spreadsheets
