Mid to Senior IT Managed Services Salesperson

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Mid to Senior IT Managed Services Salesperson to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business development and managing existing accounts on a national level. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of IT managed services and cyber security solutions, excellent sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• New Business Development :

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT managed services and cyber security markets.

Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business with a focus on IT

In-depth knowledge of IT managed services and cyber security solutions.
