This role focuses on service design, transition, and governance—ensuring new services are user-centred, effectively transitioned, and continuously improved. Expect a dynamic day collaborating with global stakeholders, refining service design, managing transitions, and driving continual improvement.

Service Design and collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, developing service design packages, ensuring services are user-centred, and continuously improving service design processes.

Service Transition and planning and coordinating activities required to transition services from development to production and overseeing knowledge management.

A typical day might involve collaborating with global stakeholders to understand business requirements, developing and refining service design packages and planning and coordinating service transitions.
