We are seeking passionate travel experts to join an award-winning, crisis-resistant travel and leisure company specializing in luxury products. This role offers hybrid or fully remote working options depending on your current location, promoting work-life balance.

As a Luxury Travel Consultant, you will handle leisure travel requests for high-net-worth members, including complex, multi-destination itineraries across MENA, Europe, US, and Asia. We value entrepreneurial, passionate, and diverse talent committed to delivering exceptional service, which will result in high member satisfaction, increased supplier revenue, and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities :

• Advise premium cardholders via phone, chat, and email in English and Arabic
• Design personalized travel requests including flights, hotels, villas, rental cars, and more, considering all customer needs
• Prepare tailored travel offers, documents, and manage visa and administrative processes
• Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and destination agencies
• Cross-sell lifestyle services, promotions, and exclusive events
• Research and compile travel proposals
• Maintain accurate member records
• Promote TEN’s concierge services and build rapport with members
