This Business Development Manager is Cape Town-based (hybrid working) with a competitive basic salary and generous commission structure.

As the Business Development Manager you will identify acquire consult with and support new & existing customers to deliver innovative training solutions that meet their training / learning & development needs.

You will negotiate with new clients show a clear understanding of the digital economy and research Learning & Development trends & issues that affect prospective clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree / diploma educated
• 3 years BD / sales experience
• Proven B2B business development experience
• Excellent understanding of The Digital Economy
• Private education / EdTech / digital media / software development sales experience
• Required Experience : Manager
