Financial Controller

A renowned multinational in the energy management and automation sector is seeking a Financial Controller to lead its finance operations. Known for its innovation, sustainability focus, and global footprint, the company delivers advanced solutions that enhance efficiency and reliability across industries.

In this role, you will manage the month-end close, oversee IFRS-compliant reporting, drive budgeting and forecasting, and partner with senior leadership to deliver actionable financial insights. You will ensure robust controls, compliance, and efficient processes that support strategic growth.

Job Experience and Skills Required :

• CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable).
• 35 years post-articles experience in a Financial Controller or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, controls, and reporting processes.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or energy industries is advantageous.
