We’re Hiring : Senior & Mid-Level Business Analysts (Banking Sector)

Overview

Are you ready to take your Business Analysis career to the next level? We’re looking for problem-solvers, change-drivers, and stakeholder-whisperers to join exciting banking transformation projects across Gauteng (and beyond).

Location : Gauteng (Hybrid – 2 days in-office, 3 days remote)

Contract : 6–12 months (renewable)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Turn ideas into reality – gather and elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, JAD sessions, and prototyping.
• Shape the story – craft BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and process models (BPMN, UML, flowcharts).
• Be the bridge – manage stakeholders across business, IT, ops, and vendors while balancing competing priorities.
• Test, test, test – write test cases, support UAT, triage defects, and drive quality delivery.
• Drive change – lead business readiness, training, cutover, and support for regulatory and compliance-driven initiatives.
