HR Manager
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field.
4-5 years experience in HR, including labour relations .
Solid understanding of HR planning , policy development , and HR administration .
Knowledge of South African labour law , payroll , and HR systems .
Experience in performance management , talent management , and learning & development .
Competence in statistical analysis , reporting , and performance evaluation .
Familiarity with PFMA , National Treasury Regulations , and EE legislation .
Strong computer literacy , communication, and interpersonal skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Provide strategic HR leadership and guidance to management and staff.
Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures , and strategies .
Oversee all HR administration , including recruitment, payroll, leave, and reporting.
Lead talent acquisition , retention , and succession planning efforts.
Manage employee relations , disciplinary processes , and conflict resolution .
Implement and manage wellness programmes , EE plans , and change initiatives .
Facilitate performance management systems and conduct performance reviews.
Drive HR service delivery improvements and system automation .
Conduct culture and engagement surveys , and develop action plans.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations , audits, and best practices.
Oversee benefits and compensation administration.
Advise line managers on all HR and organisational development matters.
Lead and manage the HR team to deliver high-quality, responsive services.
