Thompsons Travel (Pty) Ltd has a vacancy for a Key Account / New Business Manager in our Sales Department in Johannesburg . The successful candidate must possess the following skills : Effective communication, Strategic planning, Negotiations, Problem-solving and Time management. The primary focus of this key position is to manage and maintain sales relationships with customers. The candidate should be able to find and develop new customers, whilst maintaining excellent relationships with existing corporate clients, providing outstanding service and support to the corporate client and the corporate consultant.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify new high net worth customers by looking for opportunities
- Find and develop new customers
- Cold Calling
- Compile Tender documents of existing and potential customer needs
- Compile Tender documents and processes for New Business acquisition
- Achieve Targets Set
- Organization of workshops, site inspections & product knowledge sessions
- Assisting in marketing awareness campaigns
- Monthly reports and quarterly reports on targets set
- Reports on new business acquisition
- Online training and implementation
Requirements
