What this job can offer you
This is an exciting opportunity to join Remote during a time of rapid growth and play a pivotal role in shaping how companies onboard talent around the world. As a Senior Onboarding Client Services Specialist, embedded within our Onboarding Operations team in our Employe of Record division, you’ll deliver seamless, compliant onboarding experiences for both customers and their employees. You’ll work with a wide range of clients and collaborate with international colleagues across Operations, Customer Experience, Mobility, Payroll, and more. You’ll have exposure to global employment practices and the ability to influence onboarding processes at scale in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
What you bring
- Significant career experience in a customer-facing role such as solutions consulting, employee or customer onboarding, or similar service delivery; HR professional services or hands-on HR operations experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of onboarding best practices; familiarity with the global employment landscape
- Ability to partner cross-functionally (Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Operations) to deliver outcomes
- Experience designing and managing customer workflows and project implementation plans
- Skills in managing escalations and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex challenges
- Creative problem-solving with strong written and verbal communication
- Comfort with SaaS platforms to deliver client experiences
- Professional presence and confidence in customer- and employee-facing video calls
- Process-improvement mindset with experience using automation or integrations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment with a positive impact focus
- Commitment to documentation and asynchronous workflows for a distributed team
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing tools (a plus)
- Full fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus

Serve as the primary point of contact for client-facing teams on onboarding topics, providing expertise on compliant global onboarding practicesManage onboarding processes for enterprise-level clients requiring tailored workflows and high-touch support, acting as their main onboarding contactExecute and evaluate employee onboardings to improve service quality and communication, aligning with customer experience best practicesManage service delivery for onboarding operations, responding to customers and employees or coordinating with the Customer Care teamProvide ongoing onboarding-related support to companies and employeesCollaborate with Customer Operations, Customer Care, Customer Experience, and Sales to deliver best-in-class support and meet SLAsMaintain up-to-date knowledge base, documentation, and FAQs for onboarding operationsPartner with Mobility, Lifecycle, Benefits, and Payroll to deliver a seamless experienceContinuously gather feedback to identify opportunities to improve the onboarding experiencePractical information
