- We’re looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our BPO and sales delivery teams in the Outbound Telco space. You’ll be responsible for delivering revenue growth, improving efficiency, and ensuring outstanding client service – all while leading and developing a high-performance team.
