Operating in over countries and territories, they help organizations overcome regulatory and logistical barriers to move high-value technology and medical assets seamlessly and securely.
With a strong focus on customs compliance, tax management, and risk mitigation, they simplify complex international shipments so clients can focus on scaling their operations globally.
Responsibilities :
Form trusting relationships with clients and oversee all account activities, resolving issues and pricing deals to help clients succeed.
Make key strategic and pricing decisions on client rollouts and major projects.
Serve as the primary contact for resolving issues from the service team.
Utilize client relationships to upsell, introduce new products, and revive dormant accounts.
Maximize revenue from the existing client base.
This role requires exceptional client management, problem-solving skills, responsiveness, and impressive client engagement.
Qualifications and Experience :
Excellent academic results at high school and university levels.
Preferred professionals include CA, BCom, and LLB.
Proficiency in English and mathematics.
Experience managing small to medium-sized teams is advantageous.
Creative, independent thinker capable of foreseeing problems and devising innovative solutions.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Skill Set and Competencies :
Quick learner with sound judgment.
Ability to think on your feet.
Commercial acumen and business savvy.
Energetic, personable, and willing to go the extra mile for clients.
