Role Description

This is a full-time, on‑site role for a Sales Manager based in Pretoria. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales strategies, manage a team of sales representatives, analyze market trends, and develop customer relationships. The role involves meeting sales targets, preparing reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management, including setting and achieving sales targets.
• Expertise in market analysis, customer relations, and developing sales strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and relevant digital tools.
• Knowledge of home automation or technology solutions is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
