This is a dynamic internal sales support role for a tech-savvy administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. You'll work closely with sales teams, suppliers, and customers to drive accuracy and efficiency in every transaction.

What You’ll Do

Support internal sales operations and order processing

Track orders from supplier through to final delivery

Prepare and upload files daily, manage quotes and documentation

Handle overflow support in the sales department as needed

Assist with customer queries and resolve supply issues

Generate reports, memos, and spreadsheets for management

Maintain admin, filing, and general support for the sales team

Provide timely and accurate weekly pipeline reports

What You Bring

Matric (essential)

Strong IT product knowledge (e.g. Dell, HP, VMware)

e-Commerce experience (non-negotiable)

Excellent communication and admin skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel

Strong time management, planning, and detail orientation

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
