Our company is a fast-growing competition brand where players can win everything from Pokémon cards, Warhammer, LEGO and the latest tech, to football, lifestyle prizes, and cash. Our community is at the heart of what we do : over 4000 VIP Facebook members, a buzzing Discord, and thousands of regular players who look forward to our weekly launches. We’re now looking for a creative all-rounder who can take our design, marketing, and community engagement to the next level. The Role : This is a hands-on, creative-first marketing role with a big emphasis on design, community, and content creation. You’ll be producing high-quality visuals, engaging our audiences across platforms, and supporting the behind-the-scenes flow of competitions and customers. It’s a fast-moving role — we launch new competitions multiple times per week — so you’ll need to be agile, resourceful, and AI-friendly (comfortable using tools that speed up output without compromising quality). You’ll be working closely with the Head of Growth and founding team. Ideas will be welcomed, tested, and iterated, giving you the chance to grow as a marketer while seeing the direct impact of your work. We’re a lean team, and so we all play a part in covering mission-critical functions when someone is sick / on holiday. Therefore, being adaptable is important, making this one of the few job descriptions where being a ‘team player’ actually means something.
Responsibilities
Design scroll-stopping creatives for our Competitions and across socials.
Plan, schedule, and post daily across our social channels.
Build and optimise automated flows (welcome, cart abandon, win-back, win notifications).
Cover for other roles when needed (customer queries with a friendly, solution-focused approach).
