Job Title : Partner Manager

Purpose Statement
This role manages a portfolio of brands and is responsible for building strong client relationships, developing strategies, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to meet client requests across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Leading and compiling documents such as content calendars and decks, and working with clients on feedback and final approvals
- Project managing the content team (Copywriter, Designer, Content Editor, Paid Media Specialist, YouTube Optimisation Specialist, Community Manager) to ensure all assets are produced and delivered as per brief and strategy
- Identifying opportunities for clients and accounts
- Maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of the business, offerings, competitors, and industry
- Executing all YouTube related tasks, including SEO, ads, uploads, analytics, copyright and monetisation set-up, with support of the team and YouTube Specialists
- Working with influencers to develop, execute and report influencer campaign strategies
- Strategizing and implementing digital marketing efforts such as email marketing campaigns
- Developing and executing Paid Media strategies
- Keeping abreast with platform and industry related news and insights; performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Building and presenting monthly reports to reflect on strategy and content performance for each brand and platform
Requirements
Qualification in Digital Marketing, Advertising or a related field (preferred)4+ years of experience in
