Key Responsibilities :
- Handle group booking inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms
- Prepare accurate quotes and group booking proposals
- Coordinate with properties to confirm availability and special requirements
- Maintain up-to-date records in reservation systems
- Build strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and tour operators
- Support revenue goals through efficient booking management and upselling where applicable
