Duties and Responsibilities :
Design and implement forward-thinking sales strategies for the real estate industryBuild powerful client relationships and open new markets across South AfricaHunt for new business opportunities while strengthening key account growthCollaborate with leadership to shape TVA's commercial roadmapDeliver performance insights, pipeline forecasts, and growth strategies to the Executive TeamDrive initiatives that unlock new revenue streams and enhance client retentionMinimum Requirements :
Education and Experience :
Experienced with at least 5 years in sales and commercial strategy roles, ideally within PropTech, SaaS, or real estateDegree-qualified in Business, Commerce, Real Estate, or Marketing (MBA a plus)Knowledge and Skills :
Commercially astute, strategic, and results-drivenTech-savvy, comfortable using CRM and BI tools to drive data-informed decisionsA relationship builder and natural networker with a track record of closing dealsA confident leader who can motivate and develop high-performing teamsExtroverted, energetic, and passionate about transforming the property industrySales / Retail / Business Development jobs
