Sales & Business Development
Conduct regular visits to customers and prospective customers.Promote and market Flow Solution products and services.Identify and pursue sales opportunities through leads, referrals, and industry activity.Achieve and increase sales order intake.Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings.Identify and resolve customer concerns and queries.Provide professional product and technical support where needed.Sales Administration & Reporting
Capture orders accurately and ensure proper documentation submission.Manage and update the sales database.Prepare and submit regular reports and forecasts.Maintain adherence to credit and sales policies.Market & Competitor Analysis
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and new product launches.Gather marketplace information to inform strategy.Assist with marketing initiatives and participate in trade shows / events.Product & Technical Knowledge
